Shipping Policy
Each mikosa product is hand made and takes a bit of time, we estimate about two to three weeks for you to receive you product.. In case you need your product urgently, please let us know via mi@mikosa.net. Futhermore we would like to inform you that our products are package in the best way possible. Any damage resultet by shipping permits no claim against the Mikosa Foundation.

Return Policy
All sales are final and because the items sold are extremely rare and are 100% hand made we will not accept any returns, some slight variations are expected with any art piece and may add to the value of your special friend.
